Hi everyone! Happy St. Paddy’s Day!!! Despite my family being Irish we aren’t actually doing anything since, ya know, social distancing and all. I didn’t mean to be absent for so long but it’s been a weird and unsettling time lately. White Is for Witching by Helen Oyeyemi is one of my current reads. It’s so strange and surreal that I love it! Her writing reminds me of Toni Morrison’s in Beloved, which is a phenomenal book!
I got it from my library but they’ve closed until further notice, so I can’t even go to stock up books! I guess this means I’ll finally have to tackle the TBR cart. 😳 But make sure to take care of yourself friends and do what is best for your physical and emotional well-being during this time.

Hi everyone! How is everyone? Today I finished Would Like To Meet by Rachel Winters. I gave it 3.5 out of 5 stars 🌟 as I enjoyed it but I wanted more. There wasn’t as many meet cutes featured as you’d expect and there wasn't too much romance until the end. But still enjoyable as Evie was a fun character to root for and I wanted her to get her happy ending. I’ve spent today reading NOS4A2 and filmed my February wrap-up. What have you been up to?

Hello everyone! I’ve been taking time to recharge and focusing on enjoying myself. I can’t believe it’s March already. I only actually finished 3 books in February, none of which I own a physical copy (of course) but I will be filming a February wrap up still. I have a few books on the go at the moment so will hopefully finish them this week. Was February a good reading month for you?
No Regrets is a book I’ve owned for a few years and I’m still unsure how I haven’t read it yet, considering I could get through it in like an hour 😂 But Levi is absolutely one of my favourite characters from AOT, and one of my faves ever. I might sit down this week and finally read it. I’ve read the manga, apart from the past two volumes which I need to catch up on. I also have to finish watching season 3 of the anime since I got a few episodes in before I was busy with class. Do you read any manga or watch anime??

Has anyone here watched Gravity Falls?? It’s honestly one of my favourite TV shows. It’s so funny and very wholesome. Now that Disney+ is a thing I’m so excited to rewatch it! I’ve owned the journal for a while but I haven’t gotten to reading it yet. I’m thinking of reading it while I rewatch the show.

How has everyone’s week started off? I only have two more days of class and then I’m done school forever! Thank GOD. I mean, maybe that will change in like 5 years but I’m ready to just work now. No more balancing work, class, homework, reading, etc. It’s gong to be so weird not being in school anymore after 4 years of uni and then my postgrad. So that’s what I’m looking forward to.
I’m also currently reading The Other People by C.J. Tudor for Kayla’s (@booksandlala) Literally Dead Book Club!! Enjoying it so far but I haven’t gotten too far in yet. Going to take a big crack at it on the train tomorrow. Crier’s War is also on my list, in hoping to get to it in March. What are you currently reading?
